The only way is… to PROGRESS for Rebecca!

“I started my Level 3 Diploma in Lead Adult Care 4 years ago, it had taken me longer than I originally thought as I became unwell around a year into completing due to being diagnosed with MS. At that point I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish my Diploma but Tracie has been amazing through it all, reminding me I can do it and keeping me motivated and giving me support whenever I needed it!

While doing my Diploma I was promoted to Team Leader, it helped so much as what I was learning I was able to put into my Diploma work and helped me with my confidence and knowledge.

I struggle so much with Maths, and when I knew I had to do my Maths again I was nervous, again Tracie helped and supported me so much and I passed my Maths and in general, has improved so much.

I completed my Level 3 Diploma in Lead Adult Care Worker with a Distinction which I couldn’t believe and was so happy! It has given me so much confidence, thank you so much Tracie for everything. It has also given me the confidence to enrol onto my Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care now and I am looking forward to working with Tracie again to achieve this.”
