Information for Parents and Carers
At E.Quality Training, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every learner has the opportunity to succeed. We believe that strong partnerships with parents and carers are essential to helping young people thrive in their education and training.

Working Together
We ask for your continued support in encouraging your child to attend regularly, engage positively, and make the most of their learning. By working together, we can help them build confidence, develop skills, and progress toward their goals.

16–19 Bursary Funding
Learners aged 16–19 enrolled in a funded study programme may be eligible for bursary support to help with costs such as travel, meals, and course equipment. This funding is subject to eligibility criteria and attendance, behaviour, and engagement requirements. For more information or to apply, please speak to a member of staff.

Respectful Communication
We understand that concerns may arise and we are here to help. However, please be aware that our staff will not tolerate abusive language or aggressive behaviour—whether in person, over the phone, or in writing. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for everyone.

Code of Conduct and Policies
To ensure transparency and shared expectations, we have displayed the Student Code of Conduct and a selection of key policies on our website. We encourage all parents and carers to review these to understand the standards we uphold and the responsibilities expected of our learners.
