About Us

E.Quality Training is a Staffordshire work-based Training Provider that puts learner experience at the forefront of its business practices.

We provide vocational training in the 5 specialist areas listed below, primarily focussed on Apprenticeships and Study Programmes (pre-apprenticeships) for anyone aged over 16.

The business started in 1999 and has grown to include 3 training centres in Staffordshire. The location of each centre was carefully chosen to be conveniently accessible by public transport for all learners in its catchment area.

Our tutors are highly qualified, very experienced and enthusiastically committed to drawing out the best from every learner. Training is of a consistently high quality and all assessment is carried out to exacting industry standards. Training and assignments are based on individual needs and learners are given as much support as they need so they can learn at a pace that suits them.

Study Programme learners are based in one of our centres and usually work in small groups of around ten. This means we’re able to provide lots of support to try to achieve a positive outcome for every person that studies with us. Our learners achieve outstanding results – in 2020/21 95% of learners achieved their learning goals and progressed into employment, apprenticeships or further training at a higher level.

Apprenticeship training is principally based in the workplace, with attendance at one of our centres usually on one day a week.

These are underpinned with training in Maths, English & ICT, as required by each learner.


Our Training Centres

We have centrally-located training centres in the following Staffordshire towns:

  • Hanley
  • Newcastle-under-Lyme
  • Stafford

Each centre is autonomous and fully equipped to modern standards, including industry-spec hairdressing salons.


We’re committed to providing an outstanding service for all our users. Most people coming to us have an enjoyable experience and do not encounter any problems. However, sometimes things can go wrong and we need to know about these occasions so that we can act upon them.
